The 65396 is a red hold-open circuit breaker latch made of heavy-duty polypropylene and modified nylon. This lock is easy to install with the patented knurled screw cap design - no screwdrivers required. Simply tighten the lock securely onto the switch tab, pull the cover over thumb screw and lock cover to prevent the clamp from loosening. Accepts locking shackles up to 9/32 in. in diameter.
